Return & Shipping Policy
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping cost. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return please email us: GoodLuckPresents@gmail.com . Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*We reserve the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email GoodLuckPresents@gmail.com.
Shipping & Payment Methods
We offer free shipping on all products. Your order will be shipped next business day using the following carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.
